Rental Information

Western Data Systems - Houston

A Rental Agreement covering all our rental products that must be completed prior to WDS shipping the first rental to a new customer. Please print a copy, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to 281-987-2743. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU INITIAL ONE OF THE INSURANCE OPTIONS.

This agreement will be considered a Master Agreement, and its conditions will remain in effect for any and all future rentals of these products (unless changed in writing by either party), to eliminate the need for paperwork on future rentals.
